Sons exhume mother's body in Davangere to demand second post-mortem
Two brothers in Karnataka's Davangere district exhumed their mother's body 79 days after burial and were carrying it by motorcycle towards a district hospital when they were stopped. Eeramma, 58, died at home on April 29 and an initial post-mortem concluded suicide, which her sons dispute, alleging injuries indicate foul play. Police have filed an FIR over the unauthorised exhumation.
